Amazonian campina. White sand area, with vegetation mostly 5-6 m tall, and with sparse assurgent trees, 15-20 m tall.

Description
Tree ca. 8 m tall. Leaves subcoriaceous, dark green above, pale yellowish-green below. Inflorescence 40-70 cm long, rachis pale green. Flower buds yellow.
