Terrestrial shrub with one main branch arching to
3.0-3.5 m long; young stems pruinose; rhachis,
pedicels & calyx green suffused with red; corolla
pale yellowish-green; floral bracts pale yellowish-
green suffused with red, caducous; fruits turning
wine-red. Common.
