Free-floating herb. Extremely
abundant locally. Fertile. Spathes
Collected by: N. Ritter, G. E. Crow , M. Garvizu and
C. Crow.
pale greenish yellow. Habitat: a
'curichi', with Copemicia alba
(Palmae) and numerous scattered
shrubs. Open areas of the water
with abundant Pistia stratiotes, with
Limnobium laevigatum and Lemna sp.
common. Water stained dark
brown.
