A series taken to show variations in leaf size and shape in the same colony as well as
variation in pubescence of corolla and glandd on pedicels and bracts. These glands are of the
short stalked type and are actively secreting on the young growth.

Bracts red; hypanthium usually green, or tinged with
red. Corolla basally red, apically yellowish-green.
Plants 1.5 - 3 ni. high. The ripening fruit non-glauoous
becoming purple black, (see field note.)
