reservoir at Agua Fria. Roadside secondary growth
completely overgrown by bamboo. Elev. 2100 m. Common
epiphytic shrub sometimes with long liana-like branches.
Leaves glossy dark green above. Bracts red. Pedicels
white. Calyx reddish-green. Corolla red at base (or
more dark pink) and white at limb & lobes. Fruits not
seen. Common.
