Along highway 113, about 10 kilometers
beyond San Rafael on the eastern slopes of
Volcan Barba. Alt. 6200-6650 feet. About
3 km. beyond Cerro Redondo (La Cruz).
Pasturelands.
Vine climbing about 4 m. up tree. * Corolla
purplish-red, viscid. Very abundant, being
visited by hummingbirds. Corolla lobes
white.
