Panama. Chiriquí. Upland pastures 2-2.5 km east of Cerro Punta and about 1 km east of Bajo Grande, on the trail to Boquete.

Habitat
Rooted in slopes along trail at top of Bajo Chorro trail. Only a few plants seen.

Description
Shrub 1.5 m. Bracts pink. Calyx tube green, limb and lobes pink. Corolla lower 2/3 pink, upper 1/3 plus limb and lobes white. Fruits maturing deep purple.
