Approx. 0°53'N., 65°56'W. Alt. 2000 m.
Wet cloud forest on steep southwest-facing slope
dominated by melastomes and Araliaceae.
Wiry vine 3 m. high in open thicket. Leaves
shiny, medium green on upper surface; paler green
shiny on lower surface; with rubbery texture.
Flower buds pale green.
