  • Description

    Pileus 3-6 cm broad, plano-convex to plane, dry, densely tomentose, sometimes becoming finely appressed squamulose scaly at margin, brown to light brown, grayish rose with NH3. Flesh pale yellow, slowly and obscurely cyanescent, with mild odor and taste. Lamellae decurrent, close, sometimes forked, anastomosed and nearly subporoid, yellow to mustard yellow (3A-B5), slowly cyanescent, developing brown spots with age, with even edges. Stipe 4-6 cm long, 1-1.3 cm broad, equal, strict or curved, dry, white, finely and obscurely subscabrous at apex, appressed fibrillose downward, staining slightly brownish and becoming dull pale brown with age, with white mycelium at base.
