Cleome stenophylla Klotzsch ex Urban
Erect herb with open branching; flowers yellow; fruits
green becoming tan at maturity; seeds black. Small local
population among weedy herbs on exposed soil at edge of
road. Sympatric with Cleome aculeata. Rocky road side
in dense xeric brushland on S-facing coastal slope on
rocky, granite-derived, tan-colored soil. National Wildlife
Refuge, east tract, narrow dirt road to N of Bahia Tapon
off of main E-W road of old Camp García. 18°06'36.0"N,
