Thailand. Chiang Mai. Above Pathummikaram Temple, Hwy 1095 at km 27.5, west of Mushroom Res. Center.

solitary. On roadbank in Castanopsis-dominated forest with scattered Dipterocarps.

Description
Pileus: 20 mm, convex, densely matted subtomentose to subvelutinous, dark brown (6F8); margin decurved; context white, unchanging. Odor fungoid, slightly fragrant; taste mild.Stipe: 47 x 7 mm, slightly bulbous, solid, minutely tomentose, tomenti dark brown (6F8) over a whitish ground.. Context white, unchanging.Hymenophore: Poroid, adnate. Pores 3-4 per mm, rounded-irregular, white to pale cream, staining light brown. Tubes 1.5-2.5 mm in length; concolorous with pores.Macrochemical Reaction: Pileus, stipe, context pale yellow in NH4OHComments: Small, brown with white pores. May be immature, and appears to be in early stages of disease, so hymenophore morphology may be irregular.
