Description
Pileus 2.5-4.5 cm broad, convex, dry, tomentose to subtomentose, brownish red to reddish brown. Flesh pale yellow, erratically cyanescent, with mild odor and taste. Tubes adnexed, yellow to olive, cyanescent, with pores broadly angular and concolorous and cyanescent. Stipe 3-6.5 cm long, 4-10 mm broad, equal, strict or curved, yellow above, brownish red below, finely striate to fibrillose striate. (Check B. denfrasermark). Basal tomentum probably olive mustard color, but quite wet and covered with sand.
