Description
Spores apiculate, oval, 6.8 by 4.0 mu, white in mass, colorless by transmitted light; pileus smooth, orange-yellow, 7 cm across; stipe 11 cm in height, tapering from a closely adherent volva without free margins to an annulus that is somewhat persistent, light yellowish-white; gills free, broad in x-section, white. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
