Description
Collection composed of two basidiomes, 1088A and 1088B. Larger basidiome (1088A) has a yellower stipe and smaller, whiter pores. Smaller basidiome (1088B) otherwise appears similar. Description of 1088A: Pileus 52 mm, convex, glabrous to densely matted subtomentose, light brownish yellow, probably viscid; context white, staining faintly red-brown. Odor and taste mild. Pores round to slightly angular, 2 per mm, white, staining brown; shallow (tubes 2.5 mm in length); tubes concolorous. Stipe 74 x 13 mm, solid, subclavate, bright yellow with minute brown pruinosity and white basal mycelium; sublacunose.
