Tbeie in at kut three morphologictl types of this species, my opiniao of this sample is circled (the identification of the types is most reliable in the field, aa many of the diagnostic features are draws from the overall habit of the plants):
1« tyP*' *ith tall (ap |o 14 m), stout, anbranched calms round in transection, and with long and wide kaf-bladea which often droop at Ibeir tipa.
2* 0T*‘ with ahoner (< 10 m), more aleufer and frequently branching calms which am oval in tranaection near the summit, with a p*tch of trichomes on the sheath below the leaf* blade, and with rigid, often caulescent lcaf-bladea.
3» '/e/smsdiel« lypt' with eharacteriatica of both of the above-mentioned types. rJs5an>P** T*s«ty doe* not allow the above-prcacnted distinction.
