Description
Pileus 5 cm broad, plano-convex, dry, tomentose with fibrils agglutinated, dull red, cyanescent, with veil sulfur yellow. Flesh yellow, slowly cyanescent, pale orangish in stipe. Tubes adnexed, bright yellow, cyanescent. Stipe 9 x 1.3 cm, tapering downward, dry, sulfur yellow and pulverulent with some reddish tones beneath pulverulence, white at base, arising from sulfur yellow rhizomorphs.
