Habitat
This plant growing in marsh in 1st caldera above 1st escarpment. With associated scrubby vegetation with damp flushes of grassland and marsh in some areas. Sandstone congomerate metamorphic and quartzite rock outcrop.

Subshrub to 1 m high. Petals magent. Anthers red. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
