Right bank of the r.Tskhenistskali; about 4 km from the vill. Khophuri. Vill.Levashi area, ca. 42°45'520 N, 42°44'433 E, ca 641 m. (coordinates from hand-held GPS, accurate to within a radius of about 50 m). Laurocerasus officinalis, Betula sp., Solidago virgaurea, Euonymus latifolia. Rhizome short, erect. Fronds tufted, persistent, 8-20 cm, pinnatifid; pinnae oblong broader at base. Apex rounded entire or crenate. Sori linear, indusium absent.
