Locality: Grenada, St. David, Morne Gazzo, along main nature trail.
Notes: Tree 12 m tall, with thick spines on trunk. Bark
smooth, pale grey, horizontal ridges and 'eyes' every 10 cm. Leaves with wavy margin; upper surface midrib and secondaries impressed; lower surface midrib and secondaries prominant. Fruit brown, old. Leaf colour: US 146B LS 146 A
