    Sclerophyll. Syncarpia glomulifera, Leptospermum, Eucalyptus. Solitary. In sand.

  • Description

    Pileus 6 cm broad, plano-convex, dry, matted on disc, appressed squamulose scaly toward margin, yellowish brown (5D-E8). Flesh white, slowly and slightly cyanescent and mostly under pileus and near tubes. Tubes and pores white becoming pale yellow, with only pores slightly cyanescent. Stipe 4 x 2 cm, subclavate and tapered at base, whitish at apex, brownish below, with obvious annular zone, matted fibrillose, slowly cyanescent, with interior pithy, white, slowly and incompletely, slightly cyanescent.
