Habitat
Scattered open forest among large open surfaces of rocks with laja vegetation.

Description
Tree ca. 15m tall; fruit green to red at maturity, the valves dehiscent exposing 5 pendant seeds competely covered with a fleshy white aril, the seeds greenish brown.
