    Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide, Version 2012. Georeferenced to the approximate geographic center of the airport nearby Cachoeira Porteira in Porteira, Oriximiná. Using Google Maps - Satellite View, located the airport adjacent to Cachoeira Porteira, which is located at the confluence of Rio Trombetas and Rio Mapuera. Used Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) to find the total extent of the airport, then halved this distance to approximate the location of the geographic center of the airstrip. Measured from one end of the airstrip to approximately this calculated distance towards the center of the airstrip; used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates of the geographic center of the airstrip. Used linear extent (distance from the selected coordinates to the farthest extent of the airport) as the uncertainty radius.
