Habitat
Woods on ridge. With Tetrazygia longicollis. Pinus occidentalis forest (with Wallenia, Ocotea, Tabebuia, Garrya, Eupatorium, Baccharis, Croton, Rubus, Agave, Cordia, Lantana, Ilex, Polygala, etc.). Very common.

Shrub to 2.5 m; flowers white, anthers also white. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
