forest on thin soil on rock outcrop, rather dry.
Shrub 2.3 m tall, the stems several, the largest (main) stem 1.5 cm diam;
bark brown with vertical fissures (appearing stripped). This plant probably
spontaneous. Sample preserved in silica gel at NY.
