Remnant trees in surrounding house and in pasture. Along river, tree trunk covered to at least one meter at high water.

Description
Tree, 18 m x 70 cm, with poorly developed buttresses, these steep, thick, narrow. Inflorescence branches erect. Flowers 6 cm in greatest diameter; calyx and hypanthium green when young, brown at anthesis; petals white; hood yellow, the filaments of staminal ring yellow, the anthers brilliant orange. Phenology of specimen: flower.
