Non-flooded forest.

Description

Tree, 35 m x 40 cm. Trunk cylindrical to base. Bark with vertically oriented fissures, the outer bark ca. 4-5 mm thick, no red line between inner and outer bark,the inner bark yellow, with no red streaks. Phenology of specimen: sterile.

Tree not in the Lecythidaceae Plot. Near junction of A4, 10 m to the W just N of line 4. /voucher for DNA collection from leaves.
