United States of America. Virginia. Caroline Co. Near North Anna River, take Rt. 207 (Jericho Road) west from Carmel Church to Oxford Road (Rt. 689). Go 3.6 miles S and SE on Oxford Road (Rt. 689) to small dirt road on S side of road. Head SW along dirt road towards North Anna River.

Habitat
Young forest or woodland. Canopy very open (less than 50% cover). Trees young ans short with Pinus taeda, Pinus virginiana, and Cercis canadensis. Herbs include Asplenium platyneuron and Carex nigromarginata. Soil is sandy.
