    Tree to c. 12 m. with trunk to c. 10 cm. diam. Leaves thick, leathery dark green & dull above, beneath dull pale buff. Young stems rusty brown. Calyx white, petals off-white tinged pink. Anthers mauve filaments white style pink. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
