Site with mixture of lowland, wet primary forest and secondary forest at various stages of regeneration. In primary forest.

Description
Unbranched tree, 6 m tall. Leaves at apex but not closely clustered. Leaflets with mucronate apices. Stem at apex with soft cortex. Petals green, young monocarps red, ovary distinctly stipitate.
