Description
Small tree or shrub to c. 8 m with grey smooth bark. Leaves & particularly stems rough with appressed reddish bristles. Leaves dark green above with reddish veins, paler beneath. Calyx green with green bristles. Petals, stamens & style white. Flowers borne on bare twigs below the leaves. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
