Brazil. Distrito Federal. On slopes along old road between "Portachuelo" and "Peñita" (Petaquire) and Carayaca, between Colonia Tovar-Junquito road and Hacienda El Limon, 6-8 mi. below junction of Junquito-Colonia Tovar road.
Habitat

Virgin wet forest.
Description

Climbing small tree; leaves membranous to firmly membranous, rich green with sulcate nerves above, paler dull yellow green below; hairs on young growth brownish-ferruginous. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
