Habitat
Forest on steep slopes with rock outcrops, moderate presence of palms and lianas, trees in all diameter classes, relatively closed canopy ca. 25 m tall.

Description
Tree. Tree 20 m x 47 cm, with damaged crown. Outer bark gray, densely lenticellate, shed in large papery plates. Low plank buttresses 1 m high. Inner bark reddish tan; leaflet midvein red abaxially. Passed flowers and immature fruits. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
