Australia. New South Wales. Central Western Slopes. 0.4 km E of Rodwells Road, 0.5 km W of Murgar, 23.6 km WSW of Cudal on Eugowra road.

Habitat
Open slopes country with disturbed roadside woodland with a box (Eucalyptus cf. polyanthemos), and Callitris farther up slope towards timbered hills. Abundant on higher part of slope amongst dried-out weedy clover and grasses (Avena, Phalaris, etc.). Abundant.

Decumbent stems, mostly only 1 flower open per stem. Petals purple. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
