Tree. Tree with 3 trunks, the largest 30 cm. in diameter. bark reddish, finely stringy. Cultivated, a small grove above the NW edge of the Rock Garden. Voucher for a DNA sample collected for the Forest DNA Barcoding Project; funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
