Habitat
Some near creek and some in drier areas away from creek. Along creek with Populus, Ribes, Mimulus, Osmorhiza; away from creek with Artemisia, Gutierrezia, Symphoricarpos. Scattered.

4 m down to 2 m in drier sites, in good fruit, reddish to blue. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
