In disturbed soil. With Chenopodium album, Portulaca oleracea, Taraxacum officinale, Datura stramonium.

Description
Weedy herb, 0.4 m. tall. Corolla white; anthers yellow. Plants young and only a few black ripe fruit, the surface dull, the calyx recurved away from the ripe fruit. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.

Seems more pubescent than no. 54665 which was growing a few dozens of meters away.
