Area of cerrado vegetation with deep, sandy, rusty red soil. Herb in open swamp along stream.

Description
Petiole green, mottled snake-like pattern towards base in some plants. Spathe brownish green on abaxial surface, greenish white within adaxial surface. Spadix purplish brown; brown in fruit. Inflorescence erect at anthesis; nodding in fruit. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
