    Perennial with numerous, elongate (soboliferous) caudex branches; herbage covered with multicellular, gland-tipped hairs; sepals 1-ribbed, acuminate; petals 5, white, entire; styles 3; fruit a capsule, dehiscing apically by three valves. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower.
