French Guiana. Piste de St. Elie, Km. 15.7 S of Sinnamary. Sentier d'interprétation de l'piste de St. Elie. Near the exit (northernmost end of the trail).

Description
Tree, 22 m x 30 cm, trunk irregular at base, latex white. Bark reddish-brown. Sepals green, 4, two large and two small, corolla with 6 lobes, light, white toward base. Ground covered with corollas, very few buds left on tree. Must have massively flowered at night. Corolla much wider at base, tapered at apex, opening into flower small.
