    Tree. Arboretum Accession No. 188-85 no. b, cultivated in Pinus section of the Arboretum. Location No. D-54/41-48. Originally obtained from Iseli Nursery Inc., Boring, Oregon. Note thickened seasonal branchelets (like Pinus flexilis James), cones abundant on these cultivated plants here. "Black pine," from SW Balkans, near Greece. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
