Description
Plants with woody bases, forming mounds in the open to 3 m, or seen scrambling in trees to a height of 8 m. [Data from an additional label associated with the sheet:] Lvs deep green above, pale pubescent below. Corolla bright canary-yellow. Anthers yellow. Fr. not yet completely mature, but said to ripen greenish with a nigrescent scurf. The seeds surrounded by a gelatinous mass which forms a whitish liquid at maturity. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile, Fruit.
