Habitat
Bench of gravelly reddish-brown Moenkopi sandstone flakes and chips over reddish sandy soil in sparsely vegetated openings. Amid scattered Artemisia tridentata, Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus, occasional Juniperus osteosperma. Vegetative cover 15-25%.
