Bolivia. La Paz. Inquisivi Prov. Lower Cerro Chamaquiri N of the Río Khatu. Area known as 'Huanhawira'. Ca. 2 km SW of Quime.

Habitat
Climbing the forested slope. Humid ceja de montaña, frequently clouded. Open bouldery areas with scattered Polylepis, dense grass, shrubs and moss covered boulders. Apparently rare - only one seen.

1 m scraggly perennial shrub with purple flowers and yellow anthers. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
