Ixora angulata Benth.
Note: "The specimen mounted on this sheet does not conform to the description of Ixora angulata Benth. ("foliis supremis alternis") nor Bellynkxia angulata M. Arg. (Fl. 58: 475. 1875 which describes the inflorescence as a "capitulum florum...6-12 mm. latum"), both based on Spruce 3337. It is apparent that the specimens has been confused with another label on the New York Botanical Garden Herbarium sheet. Llewelyn Williams 14402 matches the description of Bellynkxia angulata in Martius's Flora Brasiliensis vol. 6, part 5: 78. pl. 10, fig. 2. 1881, as well as the original description by M. Arg." J. A.
