Plateau woodland.

Description
Shrubs, 1-3.5 m high; perianth color variable among plants (due to age?), sepals and petals yellow-creamy or apricot color or pinkish white; anthers red. Buds appear to open in late afternoon and appear to be protandrous. most sterile, some w/buds &/or flws. & /or frts (most immature).
