Riparian drainage in short-tree forest. Scattered on level ground on edge of flood plain. W/ Ceiba, Bursera, Vitex, Ficus, Bumelia, Coursetia, Erythea, Quercus, "hecho".

Tree/shrub to 3 m tall; fls. white, stamens yellow; fruit yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile, Fruit.
