Rocky field on mountain top and high plateau area with shrubs and grasses on rock outcrops of sandstone and quartzite and on quartzite sand.

Description
Shrubs 2-2.5 m tall; robust woody stems; mature shrubs begin to branch at ca. 0.5 m and show candelabra pattern. Often forms dense thickets. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
