    Bald ridge top NE end of Mountain. With dominants: Festuca idahoensis, Aster alpigenus, Erigeron gracilis, Arnica latifolia, Castilleja pulchella, Silene parryi, Antennaria, also with Poa alpina, P. reflexa. 50% bare ground; sand loam loese.

    Foliage silvery; corolla blue-violet; banner with a pale patch below center; keel tip dark violet. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower, Fruit.
