Location
Bolivia. La Paz. Inquisivi Prov. "Yamora-Iguasani" - On the slopes between Communidad Yamora, and Communidad Iguasani. 5-6 km SE of Inquisivi.

Habitat
An isolated patch of cloud forest remains on the Southwest facing slope above Iguasani. The most part of the Yamora area is dry, and seriously eroding from overgrazing and poor cultivation methods. On the Iguasani side of the ridge a remnant patch of cloud forest remains with a number of rare species.

Description
Smooth bark trunk, but many twigs show spines as in #37396. Flowers blue, disk shaped. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
