    25° SE-facing slopes. Moister E-facing exposure with Ceanothus velutinus, Angelica lineariloba, Artemisia tridentata, Purshia tridentata, Grayia spinosa, Eriogonum umbellatum, Monardella odoratissima, Leptodactylon pungens, Gayophytum, Crepis. Occasional on E-facing slopes. Rocky quartz latite soil.
